I owned technical SEO and content infrastructure at deepl.com: 10,000+ web pages across 18 languages. Refactored product components into CMS-compatible modules and built internal tooling so non-engineers could launch product-integrated, SEO-optimized webpages without waiting on a developer.

Insurance isn't glamorous. Modernising it is. I overhauled the entire customer journey for an insurance group operating across Lebanon and the UAE, moving from a legacy monolith to microservices.

Three payment products shipped from scratch: a P2P wallet, a USD Mastercard, and a tap-to-pay app across the MENA region. Built Node.js microservices handling real-time financial flows and designed the web and mobile interfaces used in production. First time real money was on the line.
